Precious Adeho is a Mechanical Engineer by training and a motivational speaker and Salescoach by calling , He is graduate of Institute of management and Technology IMT Enugu . He has a PGD from the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka . Precious Adeho currently serve as a Chief Executive officer of Emobella Engineering Nigeria Limited, a company he founded 2012. He is the Founder of the NGO, YESASAC (Youth Effectiveness solutions and skill acquisition centre ) Lagos.
Currently serve as Personal assistant to JCI World president . Before now he has served as JCI Enugu president 2010, national vice president 2012 and executive vice president for JCI Nigeria 2014 and Chairman JCI Nigeria training institute. He Was awarded most Outstanding JCI Nigeria executive council member for 2014, Unicaribbean Business school Lagos awarded him Fellow of certified management business professional on 29th October 2015 .He has just been awarded and inaugurated into National association of Nigeria Student NANS hall of firm as ‘Icon of hope and inspiration to Nigeria students.
He is a member of Council for engineering regulation in Nigeria COREN, Member American Society of mechanical Engineer ASME, Member Nigeria Institute of management NIM, member Institute of strategic entrepreneurship Nigeria. Precious Adeho has written 3 books (Prosperity Galore, You are not a biological mistake and his Book The act and Strategies for successful selling ).He is happily married and blessed with a two boys and two girls.

The first of five children and the only daughter of a Businesswoman mother and a Chartered Accountant father started her early education at St. Jude's Nursery and Primary School in Festac Town in 1989 and finished up in St. Helen's Unity Secondary School in 1995 in Ondo Town, before proceeding to University of Ado Ekiti now Ekiti State University (EKSU) where she graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. In 2008/2009 she attended the prestigious Lincoln University, California, USA, where she obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
Her passion for selfless service led her to join the Jaycees at the then Ondo State University, Ado Ekiti (now Ekiti State University) in 1998.
She served at different board capacities until her graduation. She later joined JCI Ikoyi in 2011 where she also served in various capacities at the Board level. She joined some other young active citizens to set up JCI Victoria Island with the vision to attract young professionals to the organization and provide a platform for personal and business development. Adetola Juyitan was the Charter President of JCI Victoria Island in 2013 and was appointed as the JCIN Area-A Conference Chairperson in 2014. In 2015, she led a group of young talents to organize the highly respected JCI TOYP (Ten Outstanding Young Persons) Awards, which sought to recognize the ten most outstanding Nigerians that have contributed positively to the development of the Nation.
She currently serves as the National Vice President in charge of Lagos, Ogun, Ondo and Ekiti States. As a National Vice President of the organization, she has been a good influence to almost all projects in her area of jurisdiction. To mention a few, JCI FUNAAB, Say no to hunger- a project that got 2 awards at the Africa and Middle East Conference in J’borg, JCI Ibadan ‘Access to Quality Health, Joint Leadership Academy (LAcademy) for collegiate members in her area.
Adetola, a certified John Maxwell trainer as well as a JCI trainer has trained at different chapters of the organization where her primary focus has been on excellence service to humanity.
Adetola Juyitan's hard work and relentless commitment to service endeared her with several awards including the highly esteemed “Transformational Manager of The Year Award (UBA)” in 2015, one that was awarded and presented to her by the Group Chairman of the Bank (Mr. Tony Elumelu, CON) in recognition of her outstanding performance in growing the balance sheet size of the branch by about 300% in less than a year despite the seemingly tough terrain within the period of her short stay in the bank. She is the only Nigerian staff who has won this award till date.
Other awards on her stable include The “Super Mentor” Award by the JCI Nigeria Collegiate (2016), JCI Nigeria Most Outstanding Board Member (2015), Award of Excellence - Area A (2014), JCI VI as Most Outstanding New Local Organization (2013 – in her year as Chapter President), JCI LASU’s Most Supportive Individual (2013), Most Resourceful Member of JCI Nigeria (2013), JCI Nigeria Presidential Award for Excellence (2012), Most Outstanding Area A Member (2012), JCI Ikoyi’s Most Active Member (2011) amongst others.
Adetola Juyitan enjoys traveling, event(s) planning/management and shopping. She presently seat as the CEO of Glitz Occasions and Ensembles Designs, an upscale fashion retail outlet with a flagship store in the popular Lekki Phase 1, in Lagos, which has been successfully run till date.
Paschal Obinna Dike
Born November 7, 1976, Paschal holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Uyo, and a Masters Degree from the University of Port Harcourt.
Paschal encountered JCI for the first time in 1997 at the University of Uyo and headed the organization of JCI institutional Chapters in Nigeria in 2001.
At the Local level, Paschal joined JCI Trans Amadi in 2003 and served as Local Chapter President in 2004.
Paschal was JCI Nigeria National Vice President in 2005, JCI Nigeria Executive Vice President in 2006, appointed JCI Nigeria National Treasurer in 2007. He was elected and served as 2008 National President of JCI Nigeria.
At the international level, Paschal served as 2009 JCI Vice President assigned to eight countries in Africa and the Middle East, and was 2011 Africa and Middle East Development Council President (Growth and Development Commission member for Africa and the Middle East). At the 2011 JCI World Congress in Brussels, he was elected and served as 2012 JCI Executive Vice President assigned to Africa and the Middle East. He chaired the JCI Area Conference in Casablanca Morocco. In 2013, Paschal was appointed JCI UN Affairs Committee member and 2014 Chief Executive Assistant to President Shine Bhaskaran. 2.015 JCI General Legal Council and 2016 JCI World President
A graduate of the 2007 JCI Academy in Morioka, Japan, Paschal currently serves as 2015 JCI General Legal Counsel.

In professional work life, Paschal has over twelve years experience spanning entertainment (Ojez Entertainment Limited) , training and facilitation (Association of Nigeria Development Finance Institutions), investigation and background checks (Risk Control Services Limited), fire protection and security systems (Surveillant Fire and Security Systems Limited). Currently, Paschal is the General Manager in a Pharmaceutical Company (Lifeback Pharmaceuticals Limited) and the Principal/CEO of Seal and Signature, a Fire Protection and security systems company since January 2012.
He is married to Chinyelu and they have a son David and two daughters Emmanuella and Gabriella.
Wale Bakare is a graduate of Law from the prestigious University of Ibadan. He has a combined history of work and professional experience in the Legal, Real Estate, Textiles and Construction/Manufacturing Industries. He is currently with Nigerite Limited where he currently works as Trade Sales Manager in charge of Distributors selling Nigerite Fibre Cement Products in Ogun & Ondo States. Wale does Private Legal Practise as Lead Attorney at Steeles Solicitors, a firm of Attorneys and Legal Consultants
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). A passionate JCI member of about 10 years, he has served amongst others, as Local President of JCIN, University of Ibadan, National Collegiate Chairman and has risen to become Local Executive Vice-President at JCI Ibadan. He has attended over 25 JCI Nigeria Conferences, 10 JCI Signature Courses and 1 International JCI Conference.
Wale has attended management courses at the Pan Atlantic University (Lagos Business School) and several legal related seminars at the International Chamber of Commerce, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, amongst others. ‘Wicked Wale’ as he is known was Camp Commandant of the 2014 JCI Nigeria Leadership Academy in Ijebu-Ode Ogun State

Emmanuel is passionate about human capital development. He conceptualised the Conceptual 7 (C7) framework – a human capital intervention solution, focused on bridging the skills gap in Nigeria’s workplace . Adetola Sogbesan is a Management and Strategy Consultant with about 20 years’ experience, last 10 of which in Management Development with interest in Re-Engineering, HR, Strategy development, Capacity Building and Human Capital development.

In the area of Human Capital Development, experience spans multiple levels of training delivery including developing curriculum for one-week long Leadership Academy. Tola is a gifted and effective speaker and workshop leader. Since2004, he has facilitated well over 70,000 people in several countries. His power comes from the fact that he speaks from experience. In the area of Human Resources / Strategy Consulting, Tola believes in human resources best practices that support the clients in achieving stated goals and objectives.
